Rachel Anderson (702)426-6652 48 N College Way Rkellyander@icloud.com Happy Hearts Saves Lives Cedar City, Utah, February 25,2018 -- Rachel Anderson, a senior marketing major from Southern Utah University partnered with American Heart Health Association to raise money for those suffering heart disease for her EDGE project. The EDGE project is a program that allows students provide service to his or her community. Southern Utah University provides this program for all students to take and complete before graduating. It is an offered class course where students can participate in a service project while earning college credit for completing. Future employers of Southern Utah University students can view and admire the act of service. Like mentioned above, Rachel Anderson decided to complete her EDGE project with American Heart Health Association and studied the research behind heart health. 1 in every 5 women are affected by heart disease.
